VITS is moving to the next level where the customer base is growing and therefore product development is becoming more demanding.
VITS team needs an upgrade on the face of a person who is strong in content but who has a deep interest in technology and development management and we are pleased to welcome Mario Käära, product manager in our ranks, who has long experience in health and safety at work in international companies such as Orkla, ABB, and ArcelorMittal.
Mario has a broader view of health and safety at work and a shared vision of the future of VITS.
As Mario also runs master studies in the direction of digital product management and digital business analysis, this is the perfect combination for us to take over as the product manager.
Mario points out why he decided to join VITS: “I started my studies in computer science with a wider vision that it would allow me to create added value, not just for one company but for many companies and parties.
I’ve been following VITS since the beginning, and their mission has always been close to my heart. When I was offered a product manager position, no longer consideration was followed, as it suited my future efforts in IT and the experience I had gained in the health and safety field.
I am very pleased that I can be part of the mission to help businesses effectively organize health and safety at work with limited resources, with the ultimate aim of preventing accidents at work and work-related illnesses.”
